We were very impressed with the customer service we received from David Franco, our primary contact. He was professional and courteous and held our hands through the entire process which gave us a very comfortable feeling. Our vehicle was picked up one day earlier than we were expecting which was fine with us. The driver,Tony, was also very friendly and delivered our vehicle in perfect condition. Ship-a-Car Direct is a top notch auto transport carrier and we would absolutely use them again any time we ship a vehicle,
