There are so many transport companies out there with a lot of bad reviews, so it is a bit of a daunting task to find a company that seems trustworthy. Ship a Car Direct had fairly good ratings through the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. I worked with Matt and he explained shipping process and prices. He was available for communication via email and phone throughout the entire process. My car was picked up and arrived within an appropriate time window. My vehicle arrived in the same condition as it was picked up. Overall I was quite happy with my experience with Ship a Car Direct.
