The driver was not only courteous and professional, he kept me informed on the timeline once he was within a day of the delivery. He off-loaded the vehicle, asked me to check the car for any damages or discrepancies and asked me to sign off on the delivery after it was off of the truck. The driver was the only person in the company that I actually met face to face. This is the first time that I've ever shipped a vehicle. Given the experience, I'm inclined to use the service more often.
