Stefan from ship a car direct was help full through out. The trucking company gave me a window on Sunday evening but they picked up Monday evening. I had to wait about 30 mins for the truck to pick up my car at pick up location. It was quick and the driver examined my car literally with a microscope for any dents or scratches. My car was delivered in OR in 5 days and I am happy with the delivery time and the over all experience. Except for initial pick date/time it was pain free. Car was dirty when it was delivered but I cannot expect better with open enclosed delivery. I will definitly recommend ship a car direct.
