Granted the circumstances, my car (2016 WRX) arrived here in pretty good time. Only problem being is that there were minor scratches and a small gouge in my front lip that neither the driver or a-driver were going to inform me about upon pickup. Also the car was absolutely filthy, covered in a film of dust, dirt, and bird feces. Customer service with Ship-a-car-direct was great, but the Transport company was not as recognizable.
