Eric at Ship a car direct was very easy to communicate with. He managed my expectations and answered all of my questions. They gave me one of the best prices after lots of shopping around. Each week leading up to to my pickup window i would receive notices letting me know what I should be expecting for that week which were helpful and gave me piece of mind. My car was picked up by Starway Logistics which was a decent company (good customer service from dispatch) and the driver delivered my car in 4 days. The driver hardly spoke English which was the only issue with the entire transaction.. not bad. I am very happy with my experience with Ship a car direct and would use them again in the future.
