I did extensive research online before settling on Ship-a-Car Direct because of the positive reviews they had and like other customers, I am satisfied with my order. Initially, I submitted for a quote through their website but when I did not receive a response within 24 hours, I went ahead and called. I'm not sure how high of an influx of clientele Ship-a-Car Direct has or if the time difference between East Coast and West Coast (where Ship-a-Car Direct is located) makes a difference, but the reason I took a star off was for response time and responsiveness in general. For customers who are looking for an immediate response, it is definitely better to call and speak to someone rather than waiting for an email. In terms of Ship-a-Car Direct coming through with a trucking company who was able to move my car from Texas to Maryland, I think they were fairly quick to match me up so for those of you in a bind, this will get the job done.
