I recently contacted Ship a Car Direct to schedule transport of my car from GA to NJ. Bruce, the customer service representative I worked with, was extremely attentive and worked hard to find a driver to facilitate this move. Although there was some difficulty finding a driver at first (mostly because of the location) he kept in contact with me and helped me make changes in order to make sure my vehicle was moved in the time frame that I required. He also helped me with the cost when the driver's fees were higher then estimated. The driver stayed in touch with me during transport of the vehicle, as well. I did a lot of research and contacted other companies before finding Ship a Car Direct and I was very glad I decided to work with them. Other companies seemed pushy and aggressive but everyone at Ship a Car Direct was pleasant to deal with. Thank you to Bruce and everyone at Ship a Car Direct for helping make this part of my move stress-free! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to transport their vehicle.
