I had a four day pickup window and hadn't been contacted by the second day. I called Emily, and within the hour i was assigned a carrier that picked me up on the last day of the window. The carrier was also able to shift the location of the pickup as I was living in a hotel at that point. The carrier only took 5 days to go coast to coast, and I had to have a third party accept it. However, the car arrived in perfect shape and everything turned out great!
