Ship-A-Car Direct - easy as advertised

Overall, I had a great experience with Ship-A-Car Direct. My representative, Gaby, was very knowledgeable and honest about the service they were providing. She warned me in advance of potential shipping delays from my pickup spot (UT), and helped to set the right bid price to ensure that a carrier picked up my job from dispatch in a timely manner. Even when there was an accident involving my first assigned carrier, they were able to recover quickly, and found a new carrier for the job and pickup was not late. Even with the short notice, it still only cost $50 more than the originally quoted price. The carrier was very professional and worked with me to find a place to safely store the car, as it arrived in PA before I did. My only complaint is that, at times, it was a little bit difficult to get a hold of Gaby or someone at Ship-A-Car Direct. At one point, I called the general customer service number to confirm the arrival of my shipment, and this message was not delivered to others in the organization, as I continued to receive calls requesting that I confirm the shipment. Overall though, this did not have a material impact on my overall service, and when I needed it, someone was always there to speak to or email.

I definitely recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to help manage this very stressful experience. I had no previous car shipping experience, and they made this process easy to manage, and cheaper than several friends who I spoke with later!
