I shopped around a lot after researching how the car shipping business works. I read many many reviews about horrible shipping companies and I was petrified to ship our cars. I must have searched for days to find the best company and found Ship-a-Car Direct. Their reviews were mostly very good with a few bad sprinkled in. I decided to give them a chance and glad I did! They have stellar communication. Gaby was great. It seemed like some of her emails were automated, but they came at the right times, and were all very informative and pertinent given the timing in which they were each delivered. I think one email went unanswered, but it was not a question that was important. The car carrier and driver were amazing and friendly. I didn't have ANY issues with damage, extra mileage, delays, etc. The cars were dirty, but that is to be expected when shipping from coast-to-coast. While I am receiving an incentive to write this review, these are my true and honest opinions on this company. I would rate the company exactly the same regardless of whether they had an incentive. I researched for days and days and found reviews to be helpful for me, so I was going to write one regardless. THANK YOU Ship-A-Car Direct and carrier!!
