Car picked up late delivered late cost me arm n leg to extend rental. Bad communication. Once they get your money they kind of wash their hands... Sent multiple emails no reply.. Finally at end they reply and say we are unable to get in contact with carrier. Well that does not make me feel secure .nothing from them after that. Before they got my money they replied to every single email . glad I got my car in one piece late but hey it got here
