I have used this company twice and both times it was the smoothest part of our move. Scott is so prompt at getting back to emails that I think he sleeps with his computer. Lol. My emails and questions were usually answered within minutes or hours. We had to keep changing our move date as we were waiting on a home closing date. He was flexible and was able to get us a carrier even as a last minute date changed.
