Angela at Ship-A-Car Direct provided first class, responsive and knowledgeable customer service throughout the worry-free process of transporting the vehicle across the country. The carrier, Martin Brothers, Inc., arrived early to pick up the vehicle and delivered it earlier than expected with no issues. Both parties also demonstrated flexibility in accommodating my billing / invoice needs. 100% satisfied with this service and carrier. I strongly recommend both parties and will certainly engage them for future transport needs. Very positive experience across the board.
