After reading numerous reviews and talking to other friends who had done a cross-country car shipment, it was evident to us that Ship a Car Direct was the best! It was our first time shipping our car, and we wanted to make sure it would make it without damage and through honest/cost-effective means. Throughout the entire process, David kept me updated on what was happening and constantly had to remind the planner in me that carriers aren't available until closer to actual date. Our car arrived in Kentucky with no issues and no damage, just dirty as to be expected! The drivers we met on the pick-up and drop-off end were both extremely friendly and kind, and their easy-going demeanor and careful inspection pre- and post- delivery put us at ease.
