Overall positive experience. The company who transported my car was good except they delivered the car later than originally stated to me (afternoon vs. morning). The entire experience could have been much better with a more responsive customer service rep (Gaby) to my e-mails/questions. Her service was good at first and then became spotty or irresponsive altogether. The actual pick-up, transport, delivery was very good. Thank you
