I was moving across the country from NJ to CA and didn't know where to start for locating an auto transport company. After doing a lot of research I selected Ship A Car Direct, mostly because of the positive reviews and the fact that the total cost for my car would be completely covered if any damage were to occur. I did not interact with customer service much except to change the date for pickup. This caused some confusion for the trucking company assigned to my car as Ship A Car told me a new date that I was later told was unavailable from the auto company. This is when all communication began between me and the transport company. Although my car was picked up 4 days later than planned, the trucking company assigned to me was an absolute dream to work with! Easy pickup and drop off and no damage. So to summarize, the reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they were helpful in finding and assigning a reliable auto transporter, but didn't do much else. If I could rate the trucking company (Cypress Auto) they would receive a 5 out of 5.
