I was extremely satisfied with Ship a Car and recommend them. They picked up the car on time with short notice, had an excellent carrier who arrived on time at my home, communicated with me throughout the process and arrived at our new home within 3 days. The carrier was courteous and considerate. My Wife and I called several reputable companies prior to deciding on ship a car direct. The reasons i selected Ship a Car direct are numbered below:
1. The reviews. 2. The pricing i received from Ship a Car direct was easy to understand
3. Ship a Car Direct was able to arrange for a carrier to pick up my car with only 2 days notice, something i could not get from other carriers. 4. Payment terms and settlement. One other carriers that was reputable had strange payment terms, faxing in a credit card, which isn't a secure thing to do. My Payment was done easily on ship a car direct website for deposit and I provided a cashier check to carrier when my car arrived. 4 Good Communications throughout the process..Everything was well communicated to me. Also, they provided useful videos and information on the website that were easy to understand for example I learned that I could up to 100 lbs in trunk if needed. I didn't have much in my trunk but it was nice to know. 6. Post Sales Followup. Ship a Car Direct-Maricel also follow up after the transaction, i was not good at providing an update until i was reminded again today. They deserve a favorable review from me as i used the reviews to help me decide on the best car shipping company for me.. I will use them again. They did what they advertised. Overall the experience i had was excellent. I enjoyed working with Scott and Maricel.
