I researched a few different car transport brokerage places and even places an order with a different one but ended up cancelling it to go with ship a car direct. Their videos in and of themselves are very useful in explaining the process, but then Scott was able to further explain everything to me. The other guys tried to sell me a $100 gap insurance, making it sound like it was something I really needed and that I would only have 5-10 minutes to inspect my vehicle, but with gap insurance would have 48 hours, when in fact Scott explained to me that 48 hours is a reasonable amount of time to report damage- no need to buy something to do that! The car shipping process is weird in that a company may not take your order until the last minute, but with Ship a Car Direct I had confidence that it was still going to be taken care of by my required ship date.
