The staff member I spoke with throughout this process was very nice, helpful, and responsive. I had no issues with that - however, I had much more issues with the transport services I was assigned to. Neither the driver nor his manager were able to tell me with certainty when my car would be picked up or delivered until within 1 day of it actually happening. It seems that perhaps this is standard practice? But in any case, it was quite the hassle to try to schedule around. The day I picked up my car, I had to spend a lot of time arranging with the manager to figure out where/when to pick up my car. In the end, it worked out, but it was annoying to leave things unplanned until the end like that.
