I have moved from coast to coast over the past 12 years as part of my training and each time had to ship my car. Thus far I have dealt with 3-4 moving companies and I can tell you honestly that none have been as accommodating, friendly, and professional as Ship A Car Direct staff members. The company representative (Matt) who gave me a quote was very knowledgable and informed me about everything up front. The cost of the transport was very reasonable for my type of car. The person who picked up my car from Seattle was extremely professional and kind. In fact, due to some scheduling conflicts around the time of the move I had to postpone my pick-up to the day after my scheduled pick-up and the pick-up person was more than kind and accommodated my schedule. I shipped my car around the 4th of July holiday weekend and understandably I was forewarned that the shipping would take about 7-10 days. The car arrived one day before the scheduled pick-up date in Ohio in excellent condition aside from the road bug stains, which is inevitable. The car odometer had registered only ONE extra mile so for all those people out there concerned about people driving your fancy car realize that it just simply does not happen. In summary, my car arrived in perfect condition, before I had expected it, the cost was reasonable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with staff members.
