Our pick-up window was June 29,30 or July 1. When we were informed the pick-up was to be July 2 we called to let them know we would not be available. They re-scheduled the pick-up for July 1 and showed up when and were they told us they would. The driver was knowledgeable and communicated with us promptly both on pick-up and delivery. We would use this service again.
