My car arrived on time and without any damage. The driver was communicative and I was happy with that part of the process. My only gripe is that it took a while (over a week) for ship-a-car to match me with a driver and I had to reach out a number of times during this period to ask for updates on the situation. Nevertheless I would probably use this service again.
