They were prompt but there was a problem with my vehicles weight as I had put canvas in the back of my vehicle and the driver insisted I pay 100 extra as I had canvas in my vehicle. All the other companies said 100 lbs extra was fine but this driver refused to take it unless I paid more I felt like I was strong armed and will not use this company again.
