Ship a car direct is great but be careful of carrier

My contact with ship a car direct was transparent, helpful and helped me every step of the way. The freight carrier Pheonix Freight Inc was terrible. The didn't give enough noticed for pick up (called late in the evening for an early morning pick up. Didn't show up in the scheduled time. Didn't answer my phone calls, and dispatch kept rerouting, put me on long holds, hung up once after a hold and didn't return calls when they said they would. After three hours of waiting and having to talk to someone who was the manager/owner I was finally able to reschedule the pickup. Apparently the truck broke down but no one thought it necessary to notify me or let me know of a later pickup time. The following day they came on time and it was fine. The delivery was on time, but the carrier broke down. This time having to drive my car 5 miles to my house. Then had to be driven back to the truck. The carrier didn't notify Ship A Car Direct after delivery. I would not recommend using Pheonix Freight Inc to anyone.
