I have no complaints about this experience. Angela was prompt in getting me a quote, our preferred pick-up date was confirmed quickly (though the phone number had been incorrect, so the process ended up being delayed by a day), the driver was very polite and helped me get going in a car I'd never driven before.
The only feedback I have is that I wish I'd gotten s concrete time-frame for the arrival of my car. I ended up having 90 minutes notice and had to scramble to get my payment in order.
All in all, I'd use this company again.
