I was skeptical about the entire auto shipping industry after reading many reviews of the horrible stories people have had shipping their vehicle with different companies. I needed my vehicle picked up within 3 days and I knew this was going to be hard to work with. Gabby went right to work, she didn't find me a carrier for the day I needed but she did find one first thing in the morning the following day I was expecting to reschedule a new pick up date on my POCs next day off (a week or so later) however because Gabby contacted me as soon as she had someone I was able to get my car picked up ASAP. My car was was picked up within 2 hours from first speaking to Tim from Blackburn Transport and was told I would have an estimated delivery date of three days. He then contacted me and asked me if I would like it earlier as he could make that possible. I appreciated that he was respectful enough to ask me since we agreed on a later day already. I was very happy to hear he could deliver it early and accpeted. I received my vehicle within 24 hours from the date of pick up. I was extremely satisfied with this process considering I had concerns with the shipping industry. I knew most carriers prefered cash so I got cash to pay the carrier to avoid any issues about money orders vs cash (as ive read in some reviews with some companys) 5 star rating from me!
