The man I dealt with (Scott) to set up an order was awesome. Scott made me feel like he was working hard to find me a carrier. The actual carrier (CH transport) receptionist seemed to lack communication with the driver and there was confusion as to which day my car was actually going to be picked up. The driver finally called me late on the original day of pick up and told me he wouldn't be able to come until the next day. So the next day he comes to pick up my car and tells me he only has 1 copy of the paper and asked me if I had a copy machine to make more copies. I told him I would take the paper to staples once he was done and make a copy. Then he found more copies in his truck and hand wrote a copy. I was a bit confused.
