Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. While there was a disconnect between the agency and the driver, I was able to contact the driver Angel from New Start Auto Transport directly and he was very responsive. The driver's truck broke down a couple of states away from the delivery destination, which delayed delivery of my car, but the driver actually offered to drive the car directly to me if I needed it ASAP. Bottom line is - My car was picked up and delivered, door-to-door, for a reasonable cost.
