several years ago i used a different service to ship a BMW convertible from Pittsburgh to Kansas City and the experience was very bad as the car arrived with the top down and 6 inches of water (due to rain along the way) on the floor of the vehicle.
This time I shipped a BMW convertible from Pittsburgh to LA using ship-a-car direct and everything went smoothly and the car arrived perfectly.
