My rep, Bruce, was the epitome of attentive, friendly & knowledgeable. Receipt of the quote & follow-up was quick- subsequent contact was timely. He explained everything well (all aspects of how Ship A Car Direct finds a transport company, how the pickup and delivery dates "work" and the like). He was patient and thorough when answering my questions. Bruce always left a voice mail whenever he contacted me and I wasn't able to pick up the call. This personal attention made me feel as if I was the only customer- his customer service was superb!
