I am generally happy with the service received- pick-up was on-time, and delivery was actually a day earlier than expected. I was a little bothered by my interaction with the driver however. He was from another country (Ukraine) so his English was hard to understand, especially over cell phone. His attire was rather more casual (dirty shorts and T-shirt) than expected for someone in a customer contact position, but understanding that he was a long-distance driver deserving of a much comfort as possible, I could overlook that. He insisted on being paid in cash upon delivery, which is a "red flag" for me that things may not be totally on the up and up. It was a moot point however, since I'd already prepared a cashier's check for the quoted amount and mailed it to the car's recipient in Pennsylvania. I had packed a few personal items in the car, which the driver didn't seem to care about at the time of pick-up. A day later however he called from the road to demand an extra $50 (cash) because -he said- I'd overloaded the car with personal items. He notified the car's recipient of delivery at 1:00 AM and insisted she take delivery then and there- rather inconvenient for her, but she did it. I just kind of felt I needed to take a shower after the whole thing
