This is first time I’ve shipped a truck across the country. Scott with Ship A Car Direct was great. He explained the entire process then set me up with UZ Auto Trans Inc. Scott followed up with emails to make sure everything was on schedule and gave me all the details I needed. I contacted UZ Auto Trans and they set a time to pick up the truck right in my parking lot. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. George was my cross country driver and he arrived when he said he would. We did have to pick a different place to unload because the trees in my drive were too low and it was a gravel road. We met about a mile away. George and his partner were very helpful and friendly. My truck was dusty but otherwise in the same condition as when we first loaded it. No nicks or dings. Mileage was almost the same too. I gave them a certified check for the delivery, signed a couple papers, and was on my way. Thank you to the entire team for getting my truck to me. I will certainly use you again.
