This was my first experience shipping a car across states in the US. I picked ShipaCarDirect after looking at reviews online and also because they had a good rating on BBB. I was still worried about the experience.

I had a very pleasant experience though since David, the agent who helped me was very forthright. It might have helped that I didn't try to bring his quote down by much. He did tell me that he could always go lower but that would mean fewer transporters would respond. I needed to ship my car out quickly and the quote seemed reasonable. I got a transporter within days.

The transporter was a little interesting and he tried to get me to pay upfront so that he could leave my car at the airport for me. I declined and other than this little incident, the transporter was a great guy. He had a custom built trailer and carried only two cars. After reaching Texas, when I tried to contact him, he got back in touch with me pretty quickly and let me know how far away he was. He met me the next day and my car was delivered safe and sound.

During this entire time, I got emails from David checking to make sure that everything was alright. And afterwards, I got emails from ShipaCarDirect checking on the entire experience. I was busy with the move, and I thought the first email was computer generated, so I ignored it for a while. Turns out one of the employees was personally emailing me, and then she called me to make sure everything was alright. So overall, I give ShipaCarDirect 5 stars for really good service.

Full Disclosure: The company does offer a $30 rebate for providing a review. But they don't say anything about what kind of review you have to give them. And since I had a good experience, this was a plus.
