I had a great experience with ship-A-car direct. Their online information is very helpful and my car almost beat me to my destination. Everything was very easy and there was no damage and no issues. The car took about 10 minutes to unload from the carrier and I was very impressed with how early it arrived. It was a little dirty because it was on a carrier - but nothing a little car wash can't fix.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't notified very often about which day my car was being picked up and what time they were arriving. It seemed like I was mostly communicating with my driver directly for both pick-up and delivery. I'm not sure if I just beat them to the punch when it came to phone calls about my car, but the communication about dates and times of pick-up were a little weaker than I would have liked. The company also didn't realize that I paid the cashier's check upfront, and there was a little confusion about my payment - but it was cleared up promptly and I haven't had any other problems! Car arrived in great shape!
