Overall good but difficult to reach the contact person

Overall experience was good. Stefan explained everything well on initial call but it is very hard to reach him later for my further questions. I never got any call back from him whenever I leave the voicemail or text (got lot of questions as I am shipping my 6 months old car). He always communicate with email (sometimes with delayed or no response) and looks like most of the emails are automated. So I am forced to write emails for smaller questions. I think contact person should be easily reachable if we are paying for the service. Hence reducing the star otherwise everything was seamless. BUT specifically want to mention about my carrier "Darski Autotrans" which is very friendly and professional and took the great care of my car and got on time without any issues. Thumbs up to him...
