Eric and the people at Ship A Car Direct were very helpful – I highly recommend this service. Mike, the driver of the truck that transported my vehicle, called me the morning of the pickup to set up a exact time to hand over the keys in person. He arrived 30 minutes early and then 6 days later he called (from the road) to tell me he would be one day early on the delivery. My SUV was in perfect shape upon arrival.
