I am completely satisfied with the experience I had with Ship a Car Direct. Angela was my point of contact and did an outstanding job of keeping me informed during the process of having my car shipped. She was very responsive when I had questions and I never felt like I lacked information. My vehicle was picked up and delivered exactly when it was supposed to and the payment process was very straightforward.
