Everything was fine: the car was picked up on time and delivered one day early. In great condition.

I wanted to take off half a star (but this website only allows full stars) for a weird encounter over the phone with the dispatcher of the transportation subcontractor. She was demanding a payment at the pick up which freaked me out at first. However, after i spoke with Dave, my ship a car contact, and Alex, the driver of the subcontractor company, everything was settled and went smoothly. Would recommend and would use again.
