I was very nervous about transporting my car because horrorible experience a friend of mine had shipping her car from NJ to LA. She went with a cheaper quote to save some money. Her car was picked up as promised but took 2 months to be delivered while what turned out to be a broker waited for other cars to transport.What she saved in a low quote paled in comparison to what she had to pay for a car rental. I avoided the broker:carrier she used and researched to exhaustion reputable companies. I came across Ship A Car Direct on a ratings website and was impressed.

I contacted my regional broker, Matt, who explained the process and gave me a quote. He explained how carriers won't commit far in advance, so it's kind of a last minute thing, even though I place my order 10 days prior to my first available pick up day. While I was anxious several days before, Matt was confident he'd find a carrier and put me at ease. True to his word, he booked a carrier the day before I wanted it shipped. The carrier, OYA transport, was great. Very communicative with coordinating pick up and delivery. I knew I was in good hands from minute they pulled up, So well planned. All cars on transport we're going to Washington State- They exceeded my expectations on time to deliver. I had my car the day after my flight landed. I have nothing but great things to say about Matt/Ship A Car Direct and the highly capable carrier they found me. Whole process a breeze.
