I am impressed with the customer service provided by Ship a Car Direct representative Stefan. He was very informative in explaining the process, cost breakdown, and timeline involved in shipping my vehicle. Stefan was also excellent in keeping me updated on the status of the shipping of my vehicle. My experience with Stefan is outstanding. As for the company that picked up my car, their service was as expected. Not as prompt in confirming time when driver will pick up the vehicle but was helpful in connecting me with the driver. That made a difference as it helps to coordinate the pick-up time directly with the driver. Overall, I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct as I had a great experience working with Stefan.
