I had an excellent experience shipping my car through Ship-a-car direct! Moving across the country is always a stressful endeavor, and I've known people who have had negative experiences with shipping a car in the past. A friend recommended Ship A Car Direct, and I could not be more happy with the results.

Pick up was 1-2 days after the first date of my pick up window (I would recommend allowing for a buffer), but this worked out perfectly for me. The car spent a little more time in transit that anticipated because there was some issue with the hydraulic system that required repair. The delivery company was very forthcoming with the anticipated delay, and they were easy to contact. It is very nice that Ship A Car Direct provides you with the contact information of the driver who is transporting your vehicle.

My car arrived without any damage, and the entire process was much smoother than anticipated.
