This was my first experience in shipping a vehicle. No one I knew could recommend a carrier or broker to me. I searched on line and found Ship a Car Direct. David responded immediately to all my calls and emails. He kept me informed. I had time constraints and the carrier he found met all of them-even early. The car arrived without any problems. The driver was professional and efficient. I was very relieved that all went smoothly and without incident. The cost was a little more than quoted, but I think that's due to the busy time of year and that I was shipping a truck. For the service and condition of the truck upon arrival it was worth it though. Overall, it was a good experience.
