This was my first time needing to ship a vehicle and when I first started my investigation is was overwhelming. I chose ship a car direct based on website reviews, BBB rating and their straight forward approach to quoting my business. I had one main contact, Eric, who not only got back to me right away, but actually would proactively contact me to let me know either status of dispatching a hauler or providing contact options during transport. This process was much easier and stress free than I ever imagined.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
