The process was easy from start to finish. Had to meet the drivers at a close by parking lot as the pickup street was too narrow for them to enter but they provided sufficient time and waited for me to get there. Both vehicles arrived on time at my front door. I would absolutely use ship a car direct again! They offered the best price and Scott was very helpful with any and all questions I had.
