The shipping of my sons car to Florida was made much easier by the professionalism of the Ship a car direct personnel. The video's that accompanied the e-mails were most helpful and were not exaggerated. Everything that was stated was true. The contact from the transportation driver was very courteous and on time. Hector, the driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable and put me at ease with the entire service. The delivery was a day earlier than expected and went very smoothly. The car was delivered in the same condition as it was when picked up. The entire process gave me piece of mind and I would not hesitate to use Ship direct again.
