This was my first time transporting a car that I bought on eBay from another state to mine. Gaby at ship a car was helpful and kept me updated. Gaby was professional and if I was going to ship a car with a company again, then I would choose ship a car direct. The only issue that I did have was with the transporter not calling me when he was 24 hours out like I had instructed ship a car direct to have him do, so when the transporter called me when he was 4 hours out and I was at work, I was a bit surprised. Good thing I have a lot of unspent sick hours at work banked! After speaking with the transporter there might have been a miscommunication somewhere down the line, but it's cool. What matters to me is that I got my car undamaged, in the same condition it was sent from Indiana, and just as dirty as when it left, LoL. Thanks ship a car direct!
