This was our first experience with shipping a car. The entire experience with ShipACar Direct was seamless and without stress! They provided immediate attention when contacted for a quote and sent reassuring regular updates by email while we waited to find out who the carrier would be. Eric, our customer representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and easily accessible by phone answering all of our questions. Most importantly the cost, and pick up and delivery dates were exactly as quoted, and the car arrived intact! Couldn't have asked for better service. Would highly recommend this company!
