We had a good experience the first time using ship a car direct so we decided to use them again a second time. The timing and logistics once sgain was the weakness as we were told the truck driver could come by Saturday and maybe Sunday. By Sunday morning, no calls or notification or even a delay was disclosed by the trucking dispatch or the driver. We had to call ourselves only to find out the truck driver wants to come Monday morning. It would have been very helpful if there was more communication instead of holding all of our plans over the weekend just to get the phone call which never came. The delays didn't bother us that much as we knew we had to be flexible. But the lack of communication was certainly disappointing. I would recommend you stay on top of the dispatch and the driver if you don't want to suffer the same issues.

On the bright side, the car was delivered on the early side at 3 days after pickup which saved the need to rent a car if it took a full week. Total time from order placement to delivery was less than 10 days.
