Matt was our contact person at Ship-a-Car Direct. We appreciated his responsiveness to our questions, and he was always informative and reassuring, especially since we were initially apprehensive about shipping our car via truck transport. We also enjoyed working with DBN, the transport company that Matt contracted with to ship our car. DBN Transport, out of Los Angeles, provided great service. Their driver, Bat, was knowledgeable, friendly,
and kept in touch with us re: the pickup and delivery of our car. We hope Matt can let DBN Transport know how much we appreciated their business.
